Just before anyone buys a license for GraffitiCMS, please note the following:

  • Graffiti has not recieved an update in nearly a year.
  • There is no official roadmap or futures for Graffiti.
  • When you contact Telligent Corporate HQ, the sales department does not know what GraffitiCMS is.

The last note is of particular importance. I've called Corporate roughly 30 times in the past 4 weeks from different numbers (thank god for PBX and IP masking) gotten different representatives and all responses were the same:

Nobody at Telligent Sales and Support knows what GraffitiCMS is.

One person I spoke with in Support, a woman named Brandy, explicitly stated that "there is no support offered for GraffitiCMS."

Great! Somebody knows the system! But they backtracked on their promise.

Can someone please read to me what buying a license affords you? That's right. Support.

GraffitiCMS is an amazing CMS that has some pretty severe bugs. Don't invest in the CMS, try out the express if you like it, and help us rally: Open Source Graffiti or Die.
